Travel Expense Report

Before you process your reimbursement, be sure you have completed a Travel Request

Login to Concur using your Active Directory Credentials

When you are reimbursing an employee, be sure to act as their Delegate:

• Select Profile

• Type the employee's name in the search bar

When you have selected the employee you are creating the Expense report for, select "Start Session"

You can begin by selecting Requests then Manage Requests. If you have multiple requests, they will be listed below. Select the request you want to reimburse. Make sure:

• Your Request Name matches the trip you want to reimburse

• The request status has been "Approved"

• If the request has been approved, use the "Expense" hyperlink to begin your Expense Report.

Confirm you have the Request attached to the report. It should come up as shown below. Then use Add Expense, directly under the Request box, to begin.

Select "Create New Expense" and choose the expense type you want to start with

Enter Required Information and add Receipt/backup documentation

Note: If you have added a COA/POETAF information, you will need to add expenditure type here and when all of the information has been entered, select "Save Expense" or "Save and Add Another"

If this is a Travel Expense Report for yourself, select "Submit." If you are processing this request as a delegate, provide the payee with How to Submit Your Expense Reports
