To create a cart and send it to your Faculty Assistant: Reassign a Cart

Go to: ofc.ucsd.edu

• Select Company Single Sign-On

Select Active Directory or Single Sign On (Business Systems)

• Note: Your Active directory will be the beginning of your email address and your SSO will be ECE***

• If you cannot login please contact the staff assigned to help according to your last name:

Find and Select Purchase Requisitions

You have three search options:

• You can search using the search bar. Be sure to enter % and the item/vendor you are searching for. This will expand your search

• You can scroll down to "Top Categories" and search by Punchout (this is only if you know your vendor is available as a punchout) some vendors available through punchout: Amazon Business, Office Depot, etc.

• You can use the Request Forms section to select the form that best fits your order

The example below is for Goods - One Time Shipment. If you have a quote with multiple line items, you will have to add each item individually before reviewing your cart.

Enter the room number for your lab/office, check each line item, and add PI Approval, Quotes, and other required forms.

Use the same "attachment" tool you used to add a comment for your Faculty Assistant:

• Select Attachment

• Change the Type from File to Text

• Type your comment
